Product source ↗The KHS-8NC is Kenwood’s noise-compensating version of the KHS-8BL discreet microphone. Its earphone, microphone and integrated PTT enable unobtrusive operation without raising the radio to your mouth. Noise compensation applies to the microphone pickup.
It connects through the standard Kenwood two-pin plug. Kenwood specifies VOX operation with compatible Kenwood radios. The collection additionally pairs it with both AnyTone handhelds; this does not imply universal VOX compatibility with every radio using a similar-looking plug.
