The Randy III+ is a portable multi-standard CB radio for AM and FM. It operates as a handheld with its 1800 mAh battery or with the designated mobile module connected to an external supply and vehicle antenna. The selected country configuration determines the channel plan.
Automatic or manual squelch, scanning and filtering help adapt reception to the surroundings. The Plus manual documents NRC noise reduction, CTCSS/DCS, VOX and Dual Watch, among other functions. The radio has a removable antenna and external audio connection; its desktop charger is linked separately in the collection.
