TROUBLESHOOTING WORKSHOP

No reception?

From a silent speaker to an overloaded SDR: work through the receiving chain.

For analogue voice and SDR reception. Use a known station that is actually active. An empty channel alone does not prove a fault.

YOUR NEXT USEFUL TEST

Check the connection and active reception

A frozen waterfall proves neither an antenna fault nor a server outage.

  1. Check pause, connection status and the web SDR’s visible error message. Then reconnect and choose an available receiver.
  2. Compare using a second browser or another known receiver page. Note whether this page alone or several connections are affected.

What to look for next

Continue with audio and tuning once new waterfall rows arrive.
