Time slot

DMR TDMA divides a 12.5 kHz radio channel into two time slots. A suitably operated repeater can provide two separate call paths.

A concrete example

Channel programming must use the time slot specified for the particular access point.

What to keep in mind

Do not assume a basic simplex hotspot offers two simultaneous call paths.
