CS-F4029ADJ is Icom’s adjustment software for technical alignment of the IC-F4029SDR. It works with the radio’s calibration and alignment values and is documented from revision 1.0 onward. Required preparation data is first loaded using CS-F4029DR.

Alignment requires a test bench. Icom lists a regulated 7.2 V supply, RF power meter, signal generator, frequency counter, deviation meter and oscilloscope, among other equipment. The OPC-478/U is used as a suitably modified service lead. Published Windows requirements come from the original documentation and do not confirm compatibility with current operating systems.

  • Preparation through CS-F4029DR.
